EnduroSat Secures $104 Million to Scale Satellite Production and Launches New State-of-the-Art Space Center

ree

EnduroSat, a leading provider of satellite platforms and in-orbit services, has announced a $104 million funding round to expand its manufacturing capabilities and accelerate satellite production for advanced constellation operators. The new investment will enable EnduroSat to produce up to two ESPA-class satellites per day, significantly reducing time-to-orbit for customers worldwide.

The funding round welcomed Riot Ventures, Google Ventures (GV), Lux Capital, the European Innovation Council Fund, and Shrug Capital as new partners in EnduroSat’s mission to make space data universally accessible.

Coinciding with the funding announcement, EnduroSat officially opened its new 188,340-square-foot Space Center in Sofia, a facility designed to meet the growing global demand for small and medium-sized satellite constellations.

Equipped with advanced RF laboratories, hardware, and mechanical labs, ISO-classified clean rooms, and comprehensive space qualification areas, the Space Center allows EnduroSat to manufacture 200–500 kg satellites at an unmatched pace and precision. This expansion positions the company as one of the fastest-growing satellite manufacturers in Europe.

“This latest investment, combined with the launch of our new Space Center, marks a pivotal moment for EnduroSat,” said Raycho Raychev, CEO and Founder of EnduroSat. “It validates our strong market traction and significantly enhances our ability to deliver capable, cost-efficient satellite constellations at scale. Our vision is to make space data universally accessible and instantly available.”

Investor Perspectives

Stephen Marcus, Co-Founder and General Partner at Riot Ventures, commented:

“EnduroSat is redefining how space infrastructure is built and deployed. Their production capabilities align perfectly with the demands of the next generation of satellite operators. We believe EnduroSat is uniquely positioned to empower businesses and governments to leverage dedicated space assets, and we’re thrilled to support this mission.”

Roni Hiranand, Partner at Google Ventures (GV), added:

“At GV, we believe the next era of connectivity and exploration will be powered by scalable, modular satellite platforms. EnduroSat’s technical expertise, rapid manufacturing innovation, and customer-first approach uniquely position them to set a new benchmark in satellite constellations.”

Brandon Reeves, Partner at Lux Capital, emphasized EnduroSat’s strategic evolution:

“EnduroSat’s trajectory mirrors one of the great industrial success stories of our time. Much like BYD evolved from building components to complete systems, EnduroSat’s mastery of every layer of the satellite technology stack translates into faster iteration, better performance, and superior economics.”
