York acquired ALL.SPACE for approximately $300 million, consisting of roughly $155 million in cash and 5.9 million shares of York common stock.
The transaction reflects the growing strategic importance of resilient satellite communications as governments worldwide invest in architectures capable of operating in increasingly contested electromagnetic environments.
