Rocket Lab is set to acquire robotics specialist Motiv Space Systems, strengthening its capabilities in deep space robotics, spacecraft mechanisms, and satellite manufacturing. The deal brings Mars-proven robotic technologies and critical spacecraft components in-house, accelerating Rocket Lab’s ambitions in planetary exploration, national security, and constellation-scale satellite production.

Intuitive Machines is acquiring Lanteris Space Systems in an $800M deal, creating a next-generation commercial, civil, and national security space prime. With $850M in combined revenue and a $920M backlog, the merger expands Intuitive Machines’ mission from lunar operations to a full-spectrum space infrastructure player across LEO, GEO, Moon, Mars, and beyond.
