Helsing and OHB have launched “KIRK,” a new joint venture developing AI-powered tactical space reconnaissance and targeting systems for Europe. The consortium, which also includes Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace and HENSOLDT, aims to deliver near-real-time battlefield intelligence through software-defined satellites, advanced ISR technologies, and AI-driven targeting capabilities.
