Deutsche Telekom has partnered with Starlink to launch direct-to-device satellite connectivity across Europe by 2028. The agreement will extend mobile coverage to remote and infrastructure-constrained areas, strengthening resilience and creating a hybrid terrestrial-orbital “Everywhere Network” architecture.
